1. Orders

Orders can be made in the following ways:

  • Online paying by credit card using the shopping basket.
  • Online using the shopping basket then print off the order and post with a cheque / postal order made payable to "Sovereign Superbaits".
  • By fax paying by credit card (Tel: 01825 890010 – this service is active 24 hours). For credit card purchases we will need the following: card number, start date, expiry date, issue number for Switch / Maestro, name and address of cardholder if delivery address is different to the cardholders address.   • By post paying by credit card. For credit card purchases we will need the following: start date, card number, expiry date, issue number for Switch / Maestro, name and address of cardholder if delivery address is different to the cardholders address. Click here for printable order form.
  • By post and paying with cheque / postal order / bank draft made payable to "Sovereign Superbaits". Postal customers from outside the UK can also pay by sterling bank draft (made payable to "Sovereign Superbaits") or bank transfer (email for bank details).  Click here for printable order form
  • By telephone during normal working hours (Tel: 01825 890010, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm) -  be sure to have your credit card details close to hand.

If you need any advice before purchasing then please contact us and we will do our utmost to help you. All our staff are experienced anglers and one is a professional coach.

Please remember to give your full name and address including postcode to ensure there is no delay in dispatching the goods due to card processing problems.

2. On delivery - Your responsibilities

If you have not received the goods within 5 working days of placing the order please contact us immediately.

Delivery by Post:

  • If an order sent by post has been damaged in transit, retain all packaging and notify us immediately; Make sure you point out the damage to your postman so we can call on him as a witness and where possible photograph the consignment before opening and after opening showing clearly all the damage, and email us the pictures.

Delivery by Courier:

  • If your order is delivered by courier you MUST check your consignment is in good condition, complete, unopened and undamaged BEFORE signing. If the packaging gives any cause for concern sign "UNCHECKED" instead of your name. This is because once you have signed the courier's paperwork / PDA, you have agreed the goods have arrived complete and in perfect condition and the courier will not enter into any claim unless it is raised at signature.
  • If the courier is in any way uncooperative, refuse to sign and call us. This is because we must report any problems in writing to the courier within 24 hours to be able to claim compensation.

Please note that we cannot pass on delivery instructions to your postman / courier driver. You must make arrangements directly with your postman if you are out when delivery is expected.

If you do not adhere rigidly to the conditions in this section no claim for loss or breakage will be entered into by us.

3. Prices / Minimum Order

All prices shown are inclusive of any applicable tax.

Pike Angling Club of Great Britain (PAC) and Pike Anglers Alliance for Scotland (PAAS) members are eligible for discounts between 10% and 25% on specific products. Please send us your current membership card to register for these discounts.

Unfortunately due to ever increasing bank charges a minimum order value of £10 applies to all online orders.

4. Dispatch

We endeavour to dispatch goods by the next WORKING day following receipt of the order. Note that working days are Monday to Friday. Therefore an order received on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday as the post office / couriers do not work weekends or bank holidays.

If any particular item is temporarily out of stock and we expect to receive replenishment of stocks within 21 days, we will place it on back order and send it on to you at our expense as soon as it is received unless you notify us that you no longer want the item.

Please note that we cannot pass on delivery instructions to your postman / courier driver. You must make arrangements directly with your postman if you are out when delivery is expected.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be added to the goods total at the rate displayed in the P&P column for each item on the website. This cost is calculated for shipping within the UK mainland, the minimum packing and shipping cost is £1.50 and maximum packing and shipping cost is £15.

Shipping outside the UK mainland will vary. This includes Highlands and Islands. Generally shipping within the EU will increase by approximately 60% and shipping to the rest of the world will increase by approximately 100% for small items. Large, heavy or long (rods) items will be quoted separately. You will be notified of the revised total before the order is processed.

6. Export

Outside the EU, the customer is responsible for payment of any local taxes or duties levied. Please advise of any special requests.

7. Confidentiality

We will keep ONLY your contact details on file for our records. No financial details are saved. Your contact information will only be used to inform you of any special promotions etc which we are doing. No information supplied to us will be forwarded to any third party at any time for any reason.

8. Office Hours

The office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm and orders are processed during these working hours. Therefore to guarantee delivery for the weekend, please place your order early in the week to avoid disappointment, certainly before noon Thursday.

9. Returns Policy

We hope that you will be totally satisfied with your purchase and our service and that you will join the large number of repeat customers who purchase from us hassle free and securely through our web site.

If any goods are received which are damaged, faulty or incorrect please contact us by one of the methods below stating clearly the nature of the problem. We will usually advise you to return the product(s) to us as soon as possible and we will exchange them or arrange a credit / refund (excluding the shipping charge), however items ordered in error will be subject to a 25% restocking charge and the purchaser will be responsible for all transport costs.
