Superbaits as a shallow runner ideally suited to our waters here in the UK. As the name suggests this lure is 7cm long and we have already established that it is a shallow runner
plus it weighs just 10g. On a steady crank it will run down just a couple of feet. With a little more speed or on the troll it will make around seven feet. The body configuration
gives it a true "wounded fry" action. Like most of the Ugly Duckling range its deeper diving cousin was originally designed for the large Salmonoids that run the rivers of the
