: First on the list is one of a group of five vertical jigging baits, the "Famous Fooler".

This bait is a twin tail finesse bait, it comes like the whole range in five colours as shown.
It is 125mm in length & weighs 6g & come packed in single colour packs of five.

Bertus I.T.T. Sneaky Pete

: The Sneaky Pete is the next in this series of five finesse baits.
This bait also lends itself to drop shotting & has proved to be a fantastic "wrasse" bait.

It is 100mm long & weighs just 3g packed in five's of the same colour.
All these baits in this range come in the same five colours with holographic eyes.

Bertus I.T.T. Chin Tickler

: The Chin Tickler is a single tail finesse bait well favored in Holland & most of Europe as a winter Zander bait.

It will work here in the UK the same way, but is also a great bass bait giving them a large target area & a delicate tail movement just like a sand eel.

We have also had shallow reef Pollock & Wrasse hit this bait.

It is 120mm long & weighs 5g, it comes in the same five colours as above.

Bertus I.T.T. Quantum Kicker

: The Quantum Kicker is a hybrid between a finesse bait & a shad, it has a slim almost stick like body & a very lively tail that wags & flutters without moving the body to much, unlike standard shads.

This was designed to imitate a "smelt" that runs up European rivers to spawn in late winter/early spring, on which the Zander & perch gorge.

Here in the UK these also make a superb bass bait because their action is very similar to that of a sand eel, almost motionless body with a tail working hard.

Available in the same five colours in packs of five of a single colour. they are 120mm long & weigh 5g

ITT Bertus Quantum Kicker - vertical jigging bait - soft plastics

Bertus I.T.T. Sander Trap

: The Sander Trap is a slim-line shad & when properly mounted has a fantastic side to side rolling & swimming action.

When casting these baits they are best mounted on a light jighead of less than 10g max & a hook no larger than 3/0, it fishes best with 4 - 7g 2/0, the short hook & light weight allow this bait to come alive.

This bait is 100mm long & weighs 8g.

It will of course fish on a larger hook & heavier weights but the action is not quite as good.

This bait will also troll on short heavy jigheads like our 42g, 6/O short shank jigheads. While the front of the body is held almost motionless by the heavy jighead the tail action at trolling speed is quite manic & has proved a to be a great reef pollock & bass bait accounting for literally dozens of fish in a day.
